Neolifting Face Sculpting + Buccal Massage

The Ultimate Rejuvenation Experience

Also known as Buccal Facial made famous by Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, the Neolifting® technique (NLT) is a non-invasive corrective method of facial massage that facilitates the drainage of toxins, aiding overall skin rejuvenation while providing the face, neck and decolletage with a prolonged lift. NeoLifting® activates the lymphatic system as lymph is gently directed toward the lymph nodes, eliminating spasms, blockages, improving overall skin health.

NeoLifting® lifts and sculpts the face, neck and decolletage without the risk of complications that can occur through machine technology. The treatment can help with restoring facial posture by balancing the three horizontal lines – trichion (forehead), glabella (eyebrows) and menton (chin) and aids with muscle repair and recovery.

Face Sculpting + Buccal Massage FAQs

  • Buccal massage is an advanced intra-oral facial technique where the therapist works both inside the mouth and externally along the jaw, cheeks, and lower face to release deep muscle tension, stimulate circulation, and improve facial contour. It’s often referred to as an intra-oral and/or sculpting massage.

  • Buccal massage helps to:

    • Reduce jaw tension and TMJ tightness

    • Sculpt and lift the lower face

    • Improve lymphatic drainage

    • Reduce puffiness

    • Enhance circulation and skin “glow”

    • Support muscle tone and facial symmetry

It’s especially beneficial for clients who hold stress in their jaw or experience facial tension.

  • Most skin types. Those with inflammatory skin conditions such as rosacea, cystic and pustular acne are advised against this treatment.

Buccal Massage is not suitable for the following conditions:

Pregnancy, Thyroid Issues, Cancer, Local infection or irritation, Inflammed pustular or cystic acne, Rosacea, Lymphatic issues, Cold sore outbreak, Bleeding Gums

  • Yes — when performed by a trained professional using proper hygiene protocols. Gloves are worn for the intra-oral component, and pressure is carefully adjusted based on your comfort and individual anatomy.

  • It shouldn’t be painful, but you may feel deep pressure especially if you hold chronic tension in the jaw or cheeks. Most clients describe it as an intense but relieving experience, followed by noticeable lightness and release.

  • Unlike traditional facials that focus primarily on the skin, buccal massage works directly on the facial muscles — including those inside the mouth. It addresses structural tension, fascia, lymphatic stagnation, and muscle tightness, not just surface-level concerns.

  • You’ll often notice immediate lifting and sculpting after one session. For longer-lasting results, a series of treatments is recommended, especially if you’re addressing jaw tension, asymmetry, or fluid retention.

  • As this treatment is a non-invasive massage therapy that also provides somatic benefits, it is suitable for regular sessions, with the option to indulge in the treatment as frequently as once a week.

  • Buccal massage is ideal for people experiencing:

    • Jaw clenching or teeth grinding

    • TMJ tension

    • Facial puffiness

    • Loss of definition in the lower face

    • Stress-related muscle tightness

    • A desire for natural lifting without injectables

and those who love massage and deep relaxation

  • While results can be seen after the first session, the difference can become more noticeable after the third or fourth session due to cumulative effects. The result can vary from person to person and is dependant on age, skin condition, stress, sleep, diet and lifestyle.

For optimal results we recommend a course of 6 weekly treatments alternating with Biosculpt + infusion that will also address skin texture collagen production and overall skin health; with the added use of skin treatments and microcurrent technology.

  • This treatment is so much more than a non-surgical facelift. It incorporates the added somatic benefits of lymphatic massage, breathwork, buccal massage and scalp massage for enhanced relaxation and stress reduction.

  • The treatment can be personalised to your individual needs. It includes cleansing, serums, moisturiser and SPF to complete the treatment however other modalities can be added/incorporated. Please speak to your practitioner about this.

  • TMJ pain can be exacerbated by muscle tension from teeth clenching, grinding, or chewing. A Buccal massage is a gentle and effective method for relaxing and promoting healthy muscle function in the jaw region, resulting in relief for TMJ sufferers.

Please note: This treatment is not a substitute for osteopathic treatment and speaking to your health professional about any TMJ concerns is always advised.
