Skincare & Product Purchases
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare or product purchases for change of mind.
This includes:
Change of mind after purchase
Incorrect selection
Change in preference
All product recommendations are made with care and professional consideration. If you are unsure, we encourage you to speak with us prior to purchase.
Faulty or Defective Products
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product:
Is faulty or defective
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from its description
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible within a reasonable timeframe of becoming aware of the issue. Proof of purchase will be required.
Opened or Used Products
We are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are deemed faulty in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Skin Responses & Sensitivities
Individual skin responses can vary. While all recommendations are made with care, we cannot guarantee how your skin will respond to a product.
We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or individual skin responses, unless the product is deemed faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.

Treatment Services
We do not offer refunds on treatments or treatment packages once purchased or deposits for bookings.
